The terms that govern your use of the KYNAD website. Commercial supply of products and the AI-EYE™ platform is governed by separate written agreements.

By accessing or using kynad.com (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. These terms apply to the Site only; the supply of products, sensors, and the VANTIS™ intelligence platform is governed by separate written contracts.

- You may use the Site for lawful, informational, and legitimate business purposes only.
- You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to, disrupt, or scrape the Site or its systems.
- You may not use the Site in any way that infringes the rights of others or violates applicable law.

It is not veterinary, nutritional, or financial advice, and should not be relied on as a substitute for professional guidance specific to your operation. Product specifications, claims, and availability may change without notice and may differ by region and regulatory approval. Nothing on the Site constitutes an offer to sell where such offer would be unlawful. Binding terms, specifications, and warranties are set out in the applicable supply agreement and product documentation.
